The appointment of our new Director of Finance, Contracting and Estates comes at a time of transformational change for the Trust as we seek further integration opportunities with the health and care systems in which we are a key partner. It follows the exciting appointment of Therese Patten who joins in September as our new Chief Executive. The Director of Finance, Contracting and Estates has a broad portfolio; critical to continuing our 'Care Trust Way' approach which is underpinned by strong quality improvement methodology. With responsibility for ensuring a sustainable financial framework, they will work collaboratively with commissioners to ensure our contracts enable the Trust's aims to be engaged at the heart of our communities to improve lives together.
